Ghana’s first  National Aquaculture Center and Commercial Farm was inaugurated by the President of Ghana, His Excellency, Nana Akufo Addo on the 8/6/2023 in Amrahia, Greater Accra region.

Agritop Limited has designed ,developed and constructed the National Aquaculture Centre, together with MOFAD and completed it on time after 13 months of construction.

The state-of-the-art National Aquaculture Centre consists of a training centre and a commercial fish production farm, with targeted annual production of 200 tons of fresh fish.

Aquaculture provides the greatest potential of meeting the deficit in fish production in Ghana. The newly built center will assist in increasing local production and reduce the dependency in Marine fishing , to better accommodate the demand for fish , by the Ghanaian Public.
